Have a rough speaking voice anymore. Always clearing my throat anymore, especially when talking. Roof Of mouth sore a lot more anymore. Throat glands sore more and throat feels a bit sore. Now I can hear my Heartbeat in my ear, but not constant. Cough more than I use to.

- Drink one spoon of honey mix with glass of lukewarm water.
I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order throat swab test and blood test to confirm the diagnosis and rule out causes. Doctor may prescribe anti bacterial amoxicillin or anti viral acyclovir depending upon the diagnosis along with decongestants. You should go for laryngoscopy as well.
