Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

I would like to directly review your spine MRI for a more professional opinion. It is quite common for the herniated disc to degenerate in this way.
Correcting your posture and performing physiotherapy to help reinforce your back muscles can help improve your situation. It is also necessary avoiding prolonged standing up or sitting position and weight lifting.
Painkillers and hot packs can help improve the pain.
If your situation worsens despite the above recommendations, I would recommend consulting with a spinal surgeon.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Aida
