Hi recently i donated blood and came to know tht hepatits b+, i undergone all tests all are fine, except hbs ag+ positive, and i did dna quantitative, the result is : HBV Viral load by TAQ MAN : *931000 IU/ML can you please tel me how serious it is and what are the meothods to cure this

Only HbsAg +ve and not for AntiHbcAg/HbeAg seems to be you are Hep B carrier and not having yourself diseased(symptoms) This no matters to you but you should take precautions not to get suppressed your immunity. Take well nutritios diet, regular physicians advice.
