my aunt is a diabetic patient, she is 45yr old.. right now her haemoglobin level is 8, how she increase her haemoglobin level with proper diet ...

Good sources of iron are whole wheat, brown rice, green leafy vegetable (spinach, broccoli. Cabbage), tomatoes, dates. But she may also need medications for this. Get her examined by a Physician.
