Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of halitosis which could be because of infection of sinuses, poor oral hygiene, dry mouth, underlying medical condition, stress, nutritional insufficiency, and gastroesophageal reflux disease.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to go for scaling and root cleaning of oral cavity if it is dental related cause. Avoid intake of spicy and sharp food and use antiseptic mouthwash rinses. Chew on sugar free candies to stimulate salivary flow. Visit oral physician once and get complete examination done and start treatment accordingly. You should go for paranasal sinus X-ray as well to find underlying cause and start treatment accordingly. Do warm saline gargles on daily basis. Do Not lay down immediately after having food.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
