How Can Hair Loss Be Treated?

Hi, I am 23 years old. I have been suffering from hairloss for past 4 years. Two years back, i consulted a dermatologist, he suggested me tugain 5. At first, i used it once a day for one month. It didnt help my cause. It actually worsened my hair loss. Then again I consulted back my doctor. He told me to use it twice a day to see good results. So, I started to use it twice a day. I was going good with the procedure for 20 days, then suddenly I began to feel a bit of sting from the inside of my left part of chest, near heart and bit of discomfortness in that area. I was unable to do workout or cardio related exercises. It persisted for a week, so I discontinued it and pain faded away. From then, I waited for 6 months for my hair cycle to get back to its original state, but to my surprise it actually worsened my hair line and hair loss like never before. So, I again consulted my doctor and discussed him my problem. He was saying that No way minoxidil could have such sideffects. I am prescribing it for 15 years and I have no feedbacks of such issues. You might have some heart related issues. So, he prescribed me qlib hair rebalance . I started using it but of no results, then he prescribed me q sera hair serum. Unfortunately, it didn t show any effect. Qsera even gave me slight discomfort in my left chest area. So, my first question, is the discomfort in my chest got to do with a common ingredient in qsera and tugain or was it actually an issue in me?? Because I feel, I am quiet healthy as I workout and do sports regularly. I never felt anythig like that before. Second question is about hairloss, could i use finasteride for treatment?? Because, I can t afford other treatments, is there any other alternative?
