How Can Genital Warts Be Treated?

I have multiple sclerosis and Lemtrada infusions which destroy the immune system. Shorty after I developed gentian warts. I have them removed several times in office procedures then laser surgery. They keep coming back. Is there anything I can do to boost my immune system. I take acyclovir daily 2 times a day 400 mg.

Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. Thank you for your query. I am Dr. Rommstein, I understand your concerns and I will try to help you as much as I can.
Well, first I suggest not to kiss this baby for a while since it could lead to infection transmission. It is questionable whether your boyfriend had this infection before or it was caused by oral intercourse. IN every casem it would be good that you do testing to rule this out.
Genital herpes can cause pain, itching and sores in your genital area. But you may have no signs or symptoms of genital herpes. If infected, you can be contagious even if you have no visible sores. There's no cure for genital herpes, but medications can ease symptoms and reduce the risk of infecting others. Condoms also can help prevent the spread of a genital herpes infection.
For your BF I can recommend antiviral medications used for genital herpes include: Acyclovir (Zovirax) and Valacyclovir (Valtrex). When infection is in inactive form then you can go back to previous activities.
