How Can Ganja Addiction Be Treated?

my brother is addicted to taking ganja since many years.. consumes it many times in a day.. even when he goes to work..he is being too aggressive and stubborn these days. he has stopped talking to every one at home.. prefers being alone always. if any of us talk to him, he does not respond correctly.. either he is always angry with us or not talk at all. if he wants something,, it is only ganja, god and gambling.. we are really worried about how to get him out of taking ganja. it is not possible to convince and take him to a doctor. please give me a solution for this. i cannot see my brothers life spoiling like this.

well, it appears to me, that your brother is having a cannabis induced psychotic disorder. most probably mania.
I would like to advice you, to show him to a local psychiatrist and get admitted if possible.
Getting rid of ganja is very possible, provided good motivation level, family and peer support and regular follow up at a psychiatrist is shown by the patient.
the problem gambling further adds to the poor prognosis of the condition.
