How Can Frequent Urinary Infections Be Treated?

I have been experiencing frequent UTI's for the past couple years (about one per month, usually after intercourse.) I follow all my doctors instructions, but I keep getting them. Cystic fibrosis runs in my family. Any ideas? 26/female 5'7" 165 lbs. Gallbladder removed 2007 C-section 2004 Chronic constipation Heart palpitations Change in vision Lack of appetite Insomnia
