General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thank for your query.
Noted your history of surgery a week ago on your inner groin and testicle sack for the removal of a cyst (folliculitis). The surgeon used dissolvable stitches and both wounds have open right up and are oozing with fluids. There is also a foul odor coming from the wound.
This indicates that there is an infected wound.

I would advise you the following:
- Proper broad spectrum antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medicines, multivitamins.
- Twice daily dressings with liquid povidone iodine.
- Debridement if there is a slough.
I find this answer helpful
