How Can Fibroadenoma Be Treated?

I’m 20 years old and diagnosed with fibroadenoma and there are 5 lumps and one lump is large in size. What kind of treatment do I need? If any surgery needs to be done, will they leave any scar on my breasts? Will this affect my life after marriage? Is there any treatment without surgery or leaving any scar on my breasts?plss suggest !!!

Greetings!!
If the fibroadenoma lump can be felt (palpable), your doctor might recommend certain tests or procedures, depending on your age and the characteristics of the lump. And in many cases, it doesn't need any treatment. But if the number and size of lumps are large, the better option is of remove it with surgery. If you are bothered about the scars, there are alternate options like cryoablation which leaves minimal scars. And the procedures are simple and would only require very few days of hospitalisation.
Remember, fibroadenoma is not a cancer. It normally doesnt have any effect on your married life and it doesnt progress to complications.
Take Care.
