How Can Fever In A Child Be Treated?

hi.. my daughter is 17 months old.. last night, she had a fever (she doesn t cry or disturbed with her temperature, wakes up for our breastfeeding session and thanks GOD she s not irritable.... :) ) but this morning, she seems fine.. what s with it..?
