How Can Fever And Appetite Loss In A Child Be Treated?

My daughter has been sick for 4 days with cough, fever, chills and has been on antibiotics for 2 days. She was dx with lower left lobe pneumonia. She still has fever/ chills with ibuprofen, is dehydrated (fainting, bloody nose) decreased appetite, exhaustion and now has developed a rash on the back of her left hand. Dr. appointment in two hours but curious what you may think.
