General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to the health care magic

Excess fried non veg eating habits and alcohol habit is the cause for Steatosis in your case

His cholesterol level also high

So first of all dietary habit and life style improvement needed in his case

SGPT value high is because of liver affection by Steatosis

Include green leafy vegetables and fruits more in diet

Avoid excess fried non veg foods, avoid refined foods..

Avoid alcohol drinking

Regular exercise needs to be done

Use less oil in diet

Udiliv (ursodeoxycholic acid) 300 mg taken daily

Some doctor also prescribes vitamin E tablet as antioxidant as well

Take care

Hope your concern solved

Consult physician for examination and get your prescription
