How Can Fatigue And Stomach Upsets Caused By Stress Be Treated?
5' 10" 15 stone. Had ruptured appendix at 18 and gall bladder removal at 26. Now 54. But feeling very run down. My house was flooded November last and everything lost, it is being restored and on market. But have found whole experience difficult and upsets always affects my stomach area. Been to the doctor who undertook blood tests and said everything fine, but dont feel fine.

First of all your lifestyle changes, like diet quantity,quality and timing should be on schedule.Your sleep and work time should be regular and fixed without much differences on daily basis.Regular exercise is must. Second if any other emotional stress in life you need psychotherapy for that. Third antianxiety medicines and if needed some SSRI medicines also useful.
