How Can Eyesight Be Improved In A Child?

Hi,my daughter is 3.5 years old and she started having headaches when she was 3.3.i took her to the paeditrician and he said i should go and see an eye doctor and she got cylindrical +0.50 in right and left eyes,her axis is 10 for the right eye and 170 for thr left eye.she wears specs now.can you please tell me what can i do to improve it and what is this condition called? What diet changes should i do?

you can't improve her eyesight.only thing you can do is to control it by making her to use spectacles regularly.take vit.a rich foods like carrot
