How Can Eye Sight Be Improved?

Came to know today that my son , 4.5 years old, Is having eye power -3.25 and -2.00. We could not notice the eye problem with him earlier. Is there a way to improve his eye sights? What are precautions to be taken now on? Will the eye power keep on increasing ? This has come as a shocker to us. Very very worried :(

Hello
It seems from the history that your son who is 4.5 years old is having refractive error in the form of myopia or short sight.
The refractive power may increase in childhood because of increase in length if eye ball.
This can be minimized by using spectacles always, regular eye checkup once in a year to look for any change and correction if it, taking healthy food rich in vitamin A, good reading habits, avoiding viewing TV from near...
