i am a 34 year old mother of 4...i am currently over weight...i am 5 ft 7 and weigh 190 lbs...i have tried exercising, slim fast, diet pills....needless to say i never lose just continue to gain....i have no health insurance so seeing a dr in office is out of the question...what can i do...other than the weight i have no serious health problems....i just want to feel good about myself and the way i look again...please help me...
It takes time and dedication. You don't need pills just a good diet and exercise. First of all you don't need to starve. If you follow a proteinic diet you will lose weight, above all you will lose fat and conserve muscle. So you should it less carbohydrates such as white bread, white rice, spaghetti and consume more fruits and vegetables. I recommend you also to eat 5 times a day by little than not to eat nothing. You should consume protein such as : eggs( especially the white of the egg) , milk with very low fat, yoghurt with low percentage of fat, bananas, chicken especially chicken breasts. You should eat 0,8 g /kg protein per day. So you should consume more proteins, fruits and vegetables and less , very few carbohydrates. If you have any other question , you are welcome.
