Hello! If you can't work out or run you should focus yourself into a proteinic diet. Proteins are the main supply for muscles. So you will lose only fat mass. Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts. Cut out fried patatoes, fast food, conserved food. Eat a lot of salad, fruits and vegetables. Best regards.
