How Can Excessive Body Odor Condition Be Treated In A Teenager?

I have a young friend who is now 13 years old. She has excessive body odour. Her mother does not know how to get help. what type of medical specialist should she consult? or what other options would be available to help with this embarrassing problem. The odour is quite bad when one stands beside her. thanks.

maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene. apply talcum deodorant.eat healthy balanced diet take less fatty food. increase her physical activity should have regular morning walk.
