How Can Epilepsy With Convulsions Be Treated?

hi iam 26 years male, iam suffering from epilepsy, no convolutions from last 3 years, convolutions starts from left side brain eyes hands legs mouth, after unconcious state less than 1 min, all my body parts twists in arhydemic manner (i felt like dat only) mri eeg ecg ct acan are normal, keppara is using but convolution are occuring, but carbomazapine(meztol indian drug) is good using from last 17 years, any suggestions on my desease for permennent cure.

I read carefully your question and understand your concern.

I would like to understand more about your seizures. You refer that you have had no convulsion for the last 3 years with Keppra and Carbamazepine.

And than you refer that seizures are still occurring with this treatment.

If this is true I would recommend you to perform carbamazepine plasma levels, to see that you are taking the appropriate dose.
A blood routine test for infection would be helpful. Seizures are often triggered by an infection anywhere in the body and from fevers.

A change in the therapy may be needed ( to increase dosage or switch to another drug)
