How Can Elevated BP And Preeclampsia During Pregnancy Be Treated?

Is blood pressure 133/98 acceptable with preeclampsia it was 153/ 108 to start with they kept waiting and taking it over and over till it went down to first number I gave you. Found out last Monday 1 week ago She had preeclampsia they put her in hospital 3 days then sent her home with a pill to take every day to prevent seizures I believe as was supposed to go to the hospital 3 x a week. Did blood pressure and checked baby today but high risk DR appt they canceled She is 34 1/2 weeks pregnant I think her blood pressure is high all the time unless She sits down for an hour and does nothing. it is still inhighier side since there is history of preeclampsia so must be kept under watch. fundus examination and retinal finding should be noted. consult gynechologist and physician for treatment dieat control like restricted salt dieat blood group of self and husband should be reveiwed.take rest medication to control BP should be continued. treatment to control sieizure tobe taken.
