Hi
With the history provided by you it is difficult to say what exactly is the reason for your ear pain. More details are needed like your age, your profession, how long this pain is there, what type of phone you use, was there any earlier ear problem, is there any nose or throat problem at present etc.
It is not a serious problem.
Without knowing what exactly is causing your symptom it is not possible to suggest any tablet or ear drops.
So please show to an ENT specialist who can examine and find out the reason for your problem and treat it rightly
Wish you good health
