How Can Difficulty In Walking Due To Drop Foot Be Treated?

My doctor says this condition I have is called drop foot. For the last three months I has experienced difficulty walking due to a very weak left leg and foot. My healt insurance company - BCBS denied coverage for physical therapy. Yeah, I sometimes walk like and look like a cast member of the Walking Dead :( I know nerve damage is slow recovery, and there is no pain , swelling or numbness. I can now lift my toes again and I am not wearing a foot brace. Any suggestions about what can be done to speed up my full recovery from this condition. Thanks!

You have good knowledge and understanding of your problems. you can apply for quick ways for your recovery at home. Every night before you go to bed and pots foot bath of warm water (better if put into slices ginger, a little salt, or chamomile or green tea leaves). so that from the knee to the foot submerged in water for 30-45 minutes. right to the foot in a normal position.
Hope helpful to you! Wish you its recovery soon!
