General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Don't take Loperamide like strong anti-motility drug because as you are a frequent traveler it seems to be infective diarrhea. Take Ofloxacin plus Ornidazole combination drug and take Rabeprazole. Drink more water. Avoid excess spicy foods and fatty meals. Excess tea, coffee, smoking, stress to be avoided.

If no improvement is seen stool examination and occult stool test done for further work-up. Consult physician for examination and discuss all of this.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
