How Can Diaper Rash Be Treated?

Hi my baby is 7months old and she is having redness around the diaper area and also spots on all the body doctor has advice to give atarax syrups to give 1.5ml twice a day. Please help me how much should I give and is it safe for my daughter or not. Thank you.

I can understand your concern.
Atarax is antihistamine drug.
It is safe in children. So no need to worry. You can give her Atarax.
Dose is 1.5 ml twice daily after some food.
So you can give Atarax after breast feeding.
Apply baby powder on the rash area. Avoid moisture and perspiration.
Use only cotton diapers.
Don't worry, she will be alright.
