How Can Diabetes Be Treated?
Today I am diagnosed with Blood sugar in blood test report. Blood sugar (f): 101.4 Blood sugar (pp): 139.2 This is the first time I am diagnosed with sugar. I am just 31 years old. Can you suggest what should be my next step to cure myself permanently.

you should first do more detail tests to see what type of diabetes it is and then it can be treated with dietary changes first. If this is unsuccessful then oral medications may be required. Insulin is the last option. So there are various possibilities of treatment.
