How Can Diabetes And Hypertension Be Treated?

Hello sir , My name is Rakshanda I am engaged My fiance is a patient of type 1 diabetes He is only 20 year old And his sugar is coming 300-400 daily and today bp was 150/101 He is doing gymming , exercise, and he is not taking food of salt and eating only Moong dal and methi everyday But his sugar and bp is not controlling Now what should i do ? Plzzzz help me I am very tensed about it.

Hi, I think you should consult an endocrinologist for controlling his sugars. He may need insulin injections to get sugars under control. For blood pressure, he should start some antihypertensive. Consult a physician for that. Hope I have answered your question.
