Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for asking.
I can understand your concerns.
In my opinion your child has expressive speech delay. He is pointing out things and using signing for communication so that mostly rules out autism. He also understands every thing so no receptive delay and hearing problems.
I would suggest you start speech therapy for him. Every child is different but a child should speak at least two word sentences by two years of age.
I hope i have helped you
Thank you
