How Can Date Of Conception Be Confirmed?

Please I need answer urgently. I saw my period on 20th August then I had unprotected sex on day 8 after menstruation and took postinor 2. I had a break through bleeding the following week. I had another unprotected sex on the 15 and 16 of September. I did pregnancy test after 2 weeks it was negative. I repeated the test the 3rd week it was negative. I had an unprotected sex on 26th of September. Then after 2 weeks I did another test it was positive. I did 4 ultrasound, 2 result says the pregnancy is early and less than a month and the other 2 says I am 4-5weeks pregnant. Please am confused as to when I actually took in. Please I need help

There isn't any method to determine the exact date of ovulation . To determine the age of pregnancy is evaluated the first day of last period or ultrasound that give an average value.
