How Can Dark Spots On The Face Be Removed?

Can i know any cream for face acne as i was using betnovate gm before and my skin has become addicted to it. And i have tried skin lite cream,skin brite cream but all creams causes redness on my skin. Can you please suggest any cream for the acne and dark spots

no cream available for treatment of acne. can try benzyl benzoate with any cream and salicylic acid and sulfur with face cream. maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
