How Can Constipation And Diarrhea Be Treated While Suffering From High BP?
I have been taking my blood pressure for ten min now and it stays at 160 and goes all the way up to 180? Is this normal? During the past 4 days I ve been having an upset stomach, first 2 days I had head aches and body chills, 3 day I was somewhat consitpated, today I ve been having diahrea all day, and i don t know what to do?

sorry 10 min or months, which is not clear.
if it's 10 months now then we need the name of the medicine that you are taking along with your age.
if BP is staying above 150/90 then your medicine needs a dose modification or change.
BP has cycle of rising and dipping hence we need your morning and evening BP before taking medicine.
if since 10 mins then you need not worry about BP every minute, it takes time to show its effect from few mins to few hours.
is it first time that you had constipation followed by diarrhea? if so then there is nothing much to worry.
for diarrhea keep good intake of fluid with electrolytes like ORS,lemon juice.
if stool color is greenish or blood tinged then add capsule Doxycycline, tablet ciplox TZ.
kindly get your blood sugar,lipid profile, TFT , complete blood count examined.
consult the reports with us or your doctor.
