How Can Cold And Post Nasal Drip During Pregnancy Be Treated?

Hello, I am 6 months pregnant and caught a sinus cold of some sort. But now I have a lot of post nasal drip, I am very congested and hacking up yellow-greenish mucus. Not only that but last night I had a terrible ear ache and now on behind my left ear just a bit underneath on the side of my neck I have pain and it feels a bit swollen. Not sure what to do now.

hello
Its all due to cold..may be viral infection..But As you are having pregnancy ..you can not take certain medications..So..
*Take warm water..
*Have saline water gargling 3-4 times a day.
*Add turmeric powder in cup of warm milk..have it morning and evening
*You can take ginger ..lemon..honey together..
*Be Happy..Dont be tensed or stressed.
