How Can Cold Along With Cough And Choking Sensation Be Treated?

Hi I was suffering from running nose, sneezing whenever I get up in morning or even sometime in a day. Doc prescribed Montek LC and nasal spray for 3 months. Now I am used to Montek LC and, when I stop I get irritated coughing, choking usually in night and goes away during day time.

Hi,
I can understand your concern regarding Montek LC.
Look,the main reason behind the continuation of Montek LC is the fact that your nasal mucosa has become much more sensitive to the external factors.
I appreciate your concern but you can not stop your medicine right away.
Steam inhalation in the morning and at night will help.
One yoga "Anulom Vilom" will also help get rid of the medicine if you do it along with steam inhalations.
Vitamin C 500 mg once daily for 2 - 3 weeks will increase your immunity and subsequently will help.
