breastfeeding so don't take any medicine without consulting with your attending physician since taking medicine without prescription [for constipation] can cause
diarrhea in your baby [through breast milk], so what you can do is:
1. Take old brown rice, green gram, chickpea, green vegetables, bottle gourd, water, papaya, grapes, muskmelon, raisins, dates, orange, pears, guava, apricot, honey, milk.
2. Avoid newly harvested rice, black gram, peas, banana, potato, spicy/junk food, late nights, sedentary lifestyle.
3. Purgation with olive oil is best and free of side effect
4. Early morning: eat 10 cashew nuts and 4 raisins and drink water after coming out of bed
5. Do exercise which increases the tone of abdominal muscles and stimulates
peristalsis like:
. Straight leg raising
. Scissor kicks
. Sit-ups
. Walking, jogging
