How Can Cholesterol, Triglycerides And Uric Acid Levels Be Controlled?

Sir, I am suffering from high lupids for last more than 6 years and despite taking medicines and diet restrictions there is no effect on it. Today I have tested cheolostrol=185 Try glasrides=315, uric acid =6.2 I have now tested high sgot=50 and sgpt=70 as well.Kindly advise me domestic remedies for reducing the same

Hi, welcome to HCM, what you have is metabolic syndrome. All the tests indicate this. You should go on a strict diet. No refined Carbs, (sugar, sweets,white rice, potatoes) no red meat, no saturated fats (butter, cheese, margarine). Plenty of greens and fruits and exercise at least an hour a day to correct all this.
