How Can Child Overcome Frequent Cough, Cold And Fever?

My daughter is 4 yrs old and she is in LKG now. She gets sick very often due to vigorous cough and cold with fever. I breast feeded her only for 3 months. She goes to school for 2 to 3 days and 4th day she becomes sick. Consulted pediatrician, he says its due to allergy and suggested flomist nasal spray.and to use montair 4 mg daily. I am very much worried about her health as she falls sick with fever, cough and cold very often followed with continuous medicines(like calpol, azithral, phenegran, montair 4mg,novomax etc). Hence need ur suggestion to overcome this and make her an healthy kid. Thank you.

The respiratory infections are very common in community. An average child gets five to six such episodes in an year .most of them are viral.
The other situations which contribute to recurring upper respiratory infections are incomplete treatment of previous episodes,
local or system ic low immunity, congenital or acquired.
Deficiency of essential nutrients is one of the common cause.
