How Can Back Pain Caused By Protrusion Be Treated?

X-rays indicate a fracture to L5, and is misaligned 19mm off, able to feel protruded vertebrae and is causing me constant pain 24/7 to my lower back and radiates down both my outer thighs. There are red spots on both lower legs and feet and my feet are swollen and feel numb. I have difficulty walking, running, and jumping, and my gait is unstable. I am unstable to walk long distances or stand for long periods of time without holding on to something or someone. I suffer from constipation and frequent urges to urinate but have difficulty doing both? What can I do to get my spine back to normal?

Hello, back pain together with problems with Bowels/Urinating could be serious (but not always)...I would reccommend that you get an MRI of the spine to more fully diagnose the problems in your back
