How Can Back Pain Along With Numbness In The Hips Be Treated?

I have disc bulge,it s effect my lower back and hip down to my foot on my right side. When standing my back begins to hurt my hip goes numb. My foot hurt when I am standing or sitting and I have muscles spasms in my leg and ankle.l am taking muscles relaxant and bedtime, what else can I do?

As per your history first you stop all medications which you are taking for this condition.It is a minor SurgicalTreatment and there is no complications at all ,where your spine will be repaired to decompress your nerves in an endoscopy approach.
