How Can Anus Opening Lumps With Pain, Itching And Discomfort Be Treated?
Hello, I have been suffering from an annoying problem involving the anus/rectum for over three days. However, I don t know what it is exactly, or how to approach it. The problem is: Around five (two small and three are of pea size) lumps have shown up right on my anus opening (best guess). To begin with, they re pain-free but now two are causing some ache, etc. Plus, they ve been creating too much of discomfort too, especially when I try to sit somewhere or walk. One of these lumps have been there for 2-3 months, but the rest joined it two days ago. Right now, I can touch them from outside quite easily. But, at times, most go back inside either automatically or if pushed so. I am suspecting these as prolapsed hemorrhoids but not really sure. Now, a bit itching also is showing up around the anus area (I do have jock itch kind of skin issue so it could be because of that too - not sure though). One important point is I m a software developer, which requires me to sit with computers for long everyday. Also, I m not married and never been in any kind of sexual relation. So please tell me what you can get out of this description, and how I can get rid of it asap. I ll be more grateful if suggest something about the jock itch type problem I am having too. Thanks

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-
Intero-External Piles with? Sentinel Piles.This sentinel pile seems to have got infected lately, from the Fissure in ano, which holds the stools in its ulcer even after wiping at end of defecation.Long standing sitting profession has lead to stress and resultant constipation.Those present for 2-3 mths,are mostly due to external Piles, which was there earlier. Those joined lately seems to be from-Internal painless piles.Due to the packed anal opening and infection, it got strangulated and had discharge from the strangulated internal piles.these secretions has lead to itching lately, and is not because of Ringworm infection and is not the possibility even.
With this diagnosis is known,and needs to be confirmed from Surgeon's physical examination.
Remedy -
Would be By High ligation of Internal Piles and Anal Dilatation -under Spinal Anaesthesia.If the fissure in ano is confirmed / or accompanying would be resolved with -Wide Anal Dilatation-with 4 finger level.
Excision of the Sentinel piles, needs to be done by -debridement of the ulcer of the Fissure in ano.
With all this correction- it would be 3-4 weeks for you to come to normal.
Bland High fiber diet- after recovery would be natural dilator for the fissure and would not recover there after.
