How Can Anal Pain After A Pelvic Injury Be Treated?

I had a motorcycle wreck 3 years ago and broke my pelvis in half. This in turn damaged my colon, bladder, ripped my sphincter and anus plus all the nerves running through there. The pain in my anus/sphincter is unbearable without pain killers and gabapentin. What can I do or who can I see about this?

Hello Dear. You need to consult a surgeon. I think there is still some scar or fissure in the anal region which needs to be operated. You get examined by a surgeon.
