How Can Anal Fissure And Constipation Be Treated?

Hello Sir/Madam.. I am suffering from anal fissure nd constipation...I hv also gone through medical tests nf Scanning f abdomen nd pelvis.its normal.Nw im taking Chromaffin plus .nd applying Ruticool ointment..eating fibres nd drinking lot f water....Bt sometimes i feel hard stools....den how long should i continued syrup....is der any other remedy for fissure.
