General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi.
Welcome to HCM.
I have read & understood your concern.
The rash you have with itching, burning & little discharge , in the buttock cleft seems to be due to excessive sweating.. facilitating fungal infection which was secondarily infected by bacteria.
You should try to keep the area clean with frequent cleaning & drying followed by application of a bit of antibiotic skin ointment mixed with anti fungal ointment .
If there is no relief in 4-5 days or if the rash increases you should consult a dermatologist for oral antibiotics.
Thanks.
