Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have an internal hemorrhoid that normally does not protrude..Straining to have a bowel movement , makes the hemorrhoid or a water filled bubble break and leak clear fluid. This can go on for days and I can feel this bubble or boil protruding and I have to keep pushing it back inside me..After this happens I always feel a small lump in my pantys which usually is a tiny bowel movement that I didn t even feel come out. Imagine the embarrassment if I wasn wearing panties..But mainly it is the constant clear leakage from that bubble that looks paper thin to the point I have to wear a sanitary napkin or panty liners..I m not even sure this is a hemorrhoid.. When it protrudes it looks like clear bubble I could burst with a pin..What is this?
