How Can An Infected Wound On The Shin Be Treated?

So I fell in my skateboard and I slid and my leg from my knee to the middle of my shine is all scraped and with road rash. I washed the wound and would dry it and put neosporin on it. This happened last Monday, now it s all scabbed but I noticed it s turning yellow, and there was a little bit of liquid seeping from the scab. I don t know what to do.

It's probably getting infected. So if pus has accumulated inside, it needs to be drained. So visit a doctor and get it examined once. Will need regular dressing, antibiotics like Amoxicillin and clavulinate combination, protect it from water.
