How Can An Enlarged Spleen With Abdominal Lymph Nodes Be Treated?

HI my husband is 30 years old. he has been very tired lately and has to break up mowing the yard into two days because he does not have the energy. three months ago the doctors did a cat scan for his adrenal glans because of high blood pressure. they were fine but they found out that his spleen is enlarged to 14.5 cm and he has several enlarged lymph nodes in the abdimen area largest being 3cm. he woke up two weeks ago with a rash/ acne all over his back. he says it iches but it also feels like pin and needles he says he can feel every bump. he has also noticed a change in his body temp. he is normally very hot however lately he is cold to the touch and he feels like everyone else is warm. any ideas?
