How Can Amplified Musculoskeletal Pain Syndrome Be Treated?

My daughter is 17 and suffers from Amplified muscular skeletal syndrome. Besides being in constant pain, she falls often during the day due to weakness in the legs. Also her arms will shake uncontrollably on a regular basis. I don t think the weakness and shaking is a part of the AMPS, but do not know why she is suffering, she has had this condition for years, but recently has gotten worse and we do not know where to turn for help.
