How Can Amniotic Fluid In The Sac Be Increased?
Dr i m shafaq my ruptures have been ruptured in 23 weeks and so much amniotic fluid is lost only 4 cm was there on 23 week but it goes yo 6.28 cm but there is leaking again and again baby movements and growth are fine no infection until yet how can i recover from this situation ? I donot want to lose this child can u give me any diet plan for increasing amniotic fluid ?

I understand your concern, As such there is no diet plan for increasing amniotic fluid but drink lots of liquids as it may increase amniotic fluid but i would advice you to get admitted in tertiary care hospital and regularly monitor CRP , If CRP not raised then you can opt for surgical option which are under trial like amnion patch. ALL THE BEST
