How Can Amenorrhea Be Treated?

Hi doctor, My periods are delayed for almost 2 months now and I am not pregnant either. I have been taking iron syrup since my iron level is low, but my periods still haven t come. I wanted to ask is it okay if i used pregnacare conception pills for my periods to come?

I understand your concern.
Delay in getting periods for two months certainty needs to be evaluated and treated.
Kindly get the following investigations done to know what could be the cause for it.
1. Ultrasound scan of the abdomen.
2. Blood for hormones namely FISH, LH and TSH levels.
Kindly consult Gynecologist with the reports for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
