How Can Adenocarcinoma Be Treated ?
Hello, this is roman from Dhaka, Bangladesh. My father Md. Alauddin Miah, Age 76 is a adenocarcinoma patient. His physical condition is decreasing day by day. His Urine flow speed is decreasing and some it stops. Here the doctors Ask for an operation to clean the line. By they said this can situation can comeback any moment. So what can I do in this condition?

in this disease we can not do any thing except to give symptomatic relief to the patient and cut down his miseries to some extent.
For his urine complain you ask weather catheter can be put or not,

adenocarcinoma of what? get the detailed report..prognosis depends on the staging and other factors..since he is old , it is a concern...take a opinion from a surgical oncologist..
